    Welcome to the College League App Beta Program (“Beta Program”). By participating in this Beta Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not sign up to participate in the Beta Program.
  2. Eligibility
    Participation in the Beta Program is voluntary and by invitation only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to participate.
  3. Beta Program Purpose
    The Beta Program is designed to provide early access to the College League App’s features for the purpose of testing and providing feedback. The App is still under development, and your participation will help us identify bugs, improve functionality, and enhance the user experience.
  4. User Data and Privacy
    By signing up, you agree to provide accurate information as requested in the sign-up form. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in the Beta Program and improving the App. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  5. Confidentiality
    As a beta user, you may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information about the College League App. You agree not to disclose, share, or otherwise make this information available to any third party without our express written consent.
  6. Feedback
    We value your feedback and may request that you provide comments, suggestions, or reports on your experience using the App. By providing feedback, you grant College League App a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the App and any related products or services.
  7. No Guarantees
    The App is provided “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. College League App does not warrant that the App will be free from defects or meet your expectations. You acknowledge that the App is in a testing phase and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, College League App shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Beta Program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  9. Termination
    College League App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Program at any time, with or without notice. Your participation may also be terminated by us if you breach any of these Terms.
  10. Governing Law
    These Terms and your participation in the Beta Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  11. Acceptance of Terms
    By signing up to participate in the Beta Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
